Breakfast Bowl
This bowl can be variated and is always changing depending on what's in my fridge: I tend to do the topping with something that goes with my mood. It's super easy to make and it's packed with morning goodness.
Ingredients serving one bowl:
Smoothie
1 banana (half for the smoothie, half for topping)
250 g frozen berries (blueberry, acai, raspberry etc.)
Pinch of vanilla powder
Toppings
Coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Peanut butter
Cardamom
Half a banana
Goji berries
Granola or muesli
Pumpkin seeds
Cashews, walnuts or almonds
Passionfruit
How to do:
Simply mix banana and berries in a blender or with a mixer and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy frozen like ice cream or let melt a bit for a more smoothie-like bowl.
